THE EVOLUTION OF THE ONE RING - ORIGINAL PROTOTYPES MADE BY JENS HANSEN ARE UP FOR AUCTION.
The Trilogy Collection - the largest collection of The Lord Of The Rings memorabilia outside of Peter Jackson’s own - is NOW FOR SALE! - and it includes One Ring prototypes crafted by Jens Hansen, here at the Ringmaker!!
These rings show the evolution of The One Ring prototypes designed by Jens, leading up to the ultimate 18ct gold Ring chosen by Peter Jackson and his team. They are an incredibly rare piece of The Lord of The Rings history.
The Trilogy Collection, by Troika Bodsky (see the interview with Brodsky here on Middle Earth News) also includes Frodo Baggins’ sword ‘Sting’, Gandalf the White Wizard’s staff, Gimli’s battle ax, the Shards of Narsil, the sword of Aragorn, Hobbit Hole construction blueprints, and many pieces of set, weaponry and costumes.
See the full collection here.
Good luck to everyone bidding on these amazing pieces! Very little of the thousands of props used to create the films are in private hands, so this is an incredible opportunity for fans.
